We need to receive the following documents by e-mail at least 24 hours before the start of the activity you have booked. Please sign in the subject date and time of the specific activity.

 

CERTIFIED DIVERS

  • a copy of your ID/passport

  • your diving license

  • a valid medical certificate with annual validity required by current legislation stating your good physical health for recreational diving

  • authorization to process personal and medical data

  • Covid-19 self-certification

  • statement of safe diving practices, liability and acceptance of risk

ASPIRING DIVERS

  • a copy of your ID/passport

  • a valid medical certificate with annual validity required by current legislation stating your good physical health for recreational diving

  • authorization to process personal and medical data

  • Covid-19 self-certification

  • the registration forms for the diving course you have booked, that we will send you by e-mail
